Agricultural Mediation is a tool for farmer, agribusiness and others in the agricultural community to talk about difficult subjects and to reach fair and workable solutions without involving outside authorities. Mediation can help people solve problems, avoid escalating conflict, reduce stress, save money and time.

Estate & Succession Planning, USDA Appeals. Loans or Debts, Neighbor Disputes, Small Claims, Labor Issues, Landlord/Tenant, Divorce

NYS Agricultural Mediation is a voluntary process. Mediation services are available to Nassau & Suffolk County residents FREE of charge. Day and Evening sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the Parties.
